At LAXMIRA | Designer Clothing & Rental Studio, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Please check your product carefully before leaving the store or accepting delivery.

Returns & Refunds

We do not accept returns or provide refunds on purchased products.

All products are sold at fixed prices and are considered final sale once purchased.

Same-Day Exchange

We offer exchange only on the same day of purchase.

To be eligible for an exchange:

The product must be unused and unworn.
The product must be in the same condition in which it was purchased.
Original tags, packaging and accessories, if applicable, must be intact.
You must provide your bill or proof of purchase.
The exchange must be requested on the same day as the purchase.

After the same day of purchase has passed, the product will not be eligible for exchange, return or refund.

Please Check Before Leaving

We strongly recommend checking the product carefully for:

Size and fitting
Colour and design
Any stains, damage or defects
Accessories included with the product

Once you leave the store with the product, returns and refunds will not be accepted.

Damaged or Incorrect Products

If you receive a product that appears to be defective or different from what you ordered, please contact us as soon as possible at:

Sale & Discounted Products

Products purchased during a sale or promotional offer are also subject to the same exchange policy. No returns or refunds are provided.

Rental Products

Rental bookings are governed by our Rental Terms & Conditions.

Rental charges are non-refundable once the booking is confirmed. A security deposit may apply. Late returns, damage, stains, missing accessories or other issues may result in additional charges.

Please check the rental outfit and accessories carefully at the time of pickup.
